three weeks 3 lb 12.8 oz

Cute Puppy Video Of The Day...Mr. Red. 6-17-09

Teeth! Mr. Red is the first to have teeth
break through, and the others aren't far behind.
Poor Paris. Good thing puppy gruel will start soon.

Puppies continue to grow and change.
Time at the milk bar is shorter. They are efficient
and fast nursers. Paris still enjoys laying with them,
but for shorter times. Pups will lick and nuzzle her afterwards.
They are awake and interactive for longer periods.
Afterwards, they fall in to a deep sleep, it's a tiring job being a puppy.

Firsts! Head shake (with ears flying) and the
first real tail wags!

Naptime. 6-13-09

The puppies are starting to interact
with each other more, mouthing and sniffing.
Toys are mouthed, crawled over, inspected.
Paris is having trouble leaving the toys to
the puppies. One stuffed duck is surely calling her
name and begging to be retrieved. :)

This is how they woke up to noise this morning.
One Missing: Miss Purple had walked off "stage left".

And, yes, he is "attached" to mom. :)

The days of quiet breakfasts are over!
Soundly sleeping puppies, sat up and barked
or vocalized at the first sound made in the
kitchen. Amazing what a change hearing can
make to their world, and ours! :)

Two weeks old today! The pups ears opened
last night. KibbleMan was talking to them, and
Mr. Red and Mr. Blue stood up and barked!
Today they are more vocal, have better balance
walking, and look more like little dogs.
